Your salary is determined based on your education and experience and is set within the range of 25,000 - 36,000 SEK/month. Additional compensation for overtime and vacation is included.

Your everyday life and our work areas

To thrive with us, you need to feel comfortable performing tasks such as personal care and hygiene, mobilization and transfer, documentation, medication management, as well as providing social and practical support. The working hours are varied and suit those who appreciate shift work, with shifts distributed over days, evenings, and weekends from June to August. There is also a need for employees who can work according to a schedule, primarily at night.

With us, everyday life is guided by the individual's needs and circumstances. You will become the care star who adapts care, service, support, and all kinds of wonderful activities for everyday life! You can choose to work in one of the following areas with us.

• Personal Assistance: You work with one person in their home, either alone or together with colleagues. You provide support and help to the person to manage their daily life.
• Social Psychiatry: You work with individuals with various disabilities, mental health issues, or substance abuse in service housing, support housing, or housing support. A B driver's license is an advantage for work in housing support.
• Support and Service: You work with children, youth, and adults with various disabilities in group homes and short-term residences. Here, you are part of a team.
• Home Care: You primarily work with elderly individuals where you make home visits alone or with colleagues. During a shift, you visit several individuals. A B driver's license is an advantage.
• Care and Nursing Home: You work with elderly individuals living in their own apartments in the facility. Here, you are part of a team. Some care and nursing homes have short-term departments and departments for the seriously ill.
• Night Patrol and Emergency Alarm: You work with elderly individuals and individuals with disabilities where you, together with a colleague, respond to alarms and make home visits. A B driver's license is required.

Who are you?

• You enjoy collaborating with others, show consideration, and find solutions to problems that arise.
• The age requirement for employment is 18 years when the summer job begins. We welcome young souls and experienced minds. Age is just a number, and we believe in creating a workplace where both young enthusiasts and life-loving veterans can thrive and create magic together.
• For the role, it is important that you can communicate in Swedish, both when speaking, writing, and reading.
